CHURCH RESPONDS TO ADVERSITY

Acts 12:1-19   What does adversity do for the church?  It sharpens your mind to evaluate what is important and worth fighting for.  It creates a greater unity in the church, because you have no choice but to stick together.  It refines people, and also exposes the ones who don’t want this refining.   Which leads me to my next question!  What is the number one thing that we can do as a church family besides, wonderful worshiping together through His word and song?  Let me give you a hint before you say your  answer quietly in your head.  This is something that requires anguish, extreme pain, and destress, and love for one another, on a daily basis to be changed by God’s grace.  This is something that shares the heart of God , for His children, to be set apart for godliness and holiness.  This is something that every single one of us need , daily as we battle the flesh and this world system that tries so hard, or re...
