  Matt 7:28-29   Everyone knows the difference between a person who speaks out of vast and accurate knowledge.  Compared to a person who merely repeats what he has heard from others.   The response of the people after hearing such a powerful message is the right response that gets to the very core of your heart.  It had an eternal impact on their lives because it leaves you at the cross roads to examine or ignore your rebellious heart against a holy God.  To hear such Biblical truth leaves a person “amazed” by what you have heard.  Think about that in light of your pilgrimage with Christ when He first got a hold on your heart to where you are now, as He guides you to His Eternal Kingdom.   I’m amazed every day that He would save a sinner like me. Matt 7:24-27     Jesus ends His message and says something that every person needs to consider carefully, because their soul hangs in the balance.  Jesus gives a picture that demonstrates the difference between those who hear His teachings and do them .  To those who hear His teachings and do not do them .  Jesus contrasts….  The wise man who builds his house on the solid foundation of the true gospel in Christ.  Where the foolish man who builds his house on the foundation of sand in a gospel that has zero saving power, because it’s a gospel created in man’s image.  A man-centered gospel seeks in terms of what we want and need, where the true gospel speaks the opposite. “For none of us lives to himself, and none of us dies to himself.
